Cheesesteak was delicious. Grilled chicken was amazing. Tzatziki sauce in abundance. I stopped by around 2 p.m. and did not have to wait for this gem of a restaurant to blow the socks off my taste buds.
I love the fact that they're open for breakfast and lunch for the days I need to get a late breakfast or early lunch and lunch places aren't open until after 11. I always get their traditional gyro, but I recently tried their butternut squash soup and loved it. I'm definitely going to have to get more of it the next time I go just to take home. Not much of an "atmosphere" but to be fair a lot of places with a lot of take out don't have much atmosphere,...
This is an incredible family run business. Consistency is key. I literally love this place. I also think it is worth mentioning, OPA doesn't only serve Mediterranean food. BEST GYRO, ETC.... but also makes incredible breakfast sandwiches, heroes, salads, seafood platters, etc. The only go to in all of Rockland.
