Amazing, amazing, amazing! Extremely delicious and authentic food! This restaurant is a hidden GEM. If you haven't been here, you should...and also ask for the specials that may not be listed on the menu! The owner is so friendly and so wonderful. He always remembers us and comes over to tell us stories of Cambodia. Such a warm, friendly place with yummy food that will keep you coming back for more!

Very Delicious Cambodian food! Owners are very friendly and have excellent customer service. I highly recommend trying this restaurant, you'll experience some unique & tasty Cambodian flavors! Amok can be requested by name- it's an authentic steamed fish dish w/tons of flavor. They also have Thai and Vietnamese dishes as well to choose from. Enjoy the delightful delicious dishes!

Really delicious food, so happy that we tried this restaurant. They have vegetarian options for many of the dishes. Ngeoum Tofu salad was especially great, but we also have loved the Pad Si Ew and the Loat Cha with tofu. And the person working was so friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Delicious! Called for a takeout order, it was ready in 20 minutes. Food was hot and tasty and portions were very good for the price. I ate til I was full and had enough for leftovers for lunch the next day.

At last, we were able to enjoy delicious Cambodian food! Tip #1 for trying a new type of food- always order dishes are are specifically from the country or ethnic group the restaurant claims! Apsa carries lovely dishes from a number of countries, but they are a Cambodian food place, so the best dishes you can get here are also going to be Cambodian food, and the other dishes may also have regional twists to them that you aren't used to. We ordered to go. First off, the sweet older gentleman who greeted my partner was very kind, and when my partner knocked over his bubble tea (THEY HAVE BOBA TEA HERE Y'ALL!) the gentleman was very nice about it, insisting on cleaning it himself (my partner totally would have though) and giving us another tea.THE FOOD! Oh it is so good. My favorite dish by far? AMOK! AMOK AMOK AMOK! It is the signature dish of Cambodia, traditionally steamed in banana leaves. This one is steamed in edible leaves. I think taro? They are delicious. The moment you open the container, you are hit by the scent of lemongrass, basil, and kafir lime leaves. The herbs are such a delightful, aromatic treasure. Then you have tender layers of fish, sauce, steamed leaves, herbs, and just so much goodness that will fill your mouth with joy. Warning, though. WARNING! Those lovely paper-thin slices of some sort of red pepper? They are SO HOT! I adore spicy hot Sichuan food and eat it on the regular, but I could not handle these peppers. Be prepared, and if you don't love really hot, you might want to remove them before you chow down. Every dish was cooked well. My curry soup with fish isn't included in the photos, but it was my second favorite dish. You are really going to want to like basil for that one. Also not photographed was chicken satay. It was good, but not quite the same as what you get with Thai food. The peanut sauce was dark and quite sweet. The "coleslaw" it came with was sweet pickled veggies with slivers of intense ginger! Everything we got was good. Apsa is absolutely a local treasure. Go check them out! You will not regret it.

Delicious food, friendly owner, a real treat! We also loved the shrimp spring rolls and Cambodian beef stick appetizers.

We had a great experience at Apsa this past weekend. We were in the area for a comedy show and decided to stop for dinner beforehand. The restaurant itself is a little dated. There only was one person working the restuarant, which I am assuming was the owner. The food was fresh and tasty. The Phat thai was one the best I have ever had. The thai iced tea was a bit too sweet and the taro tea was tasty but the bubbles were not the best. Overall, good experience!

This is the carryover from the amazing Apsara on Bank street in Utica. The food is good and flavorful. Service is amazing. It has become my go to for takeout and meals when we have people over. The food is fresh and it's the closest to authentic you will find. Hypes : - the beef salad - get this. fresh flavors of lime leaf and basil. - drunken noodle - any stir fry - any noodle - everything is great

Unexpectedly amazing restaurant. Everything we had was delicious and the owner was super friendly. Amok wasn't on the menu but they still had it ready to go when I asked. It's Def got some heat too. The Cambodian farmer soup is tangy and a bit sweet but very tasty and filling. The loa cha is so springy and addictive. They are very generous with the amount of shrimp and the egg is runny and well fried too. Will definitely be back if I'm in the area.
