Went there for the first time about a week ago, it was a Sunday quite busy, but they still had room for our large group, the only disappointment was the length it took for us to get our food. Over an hour of wait time for breakfast and the restaurant started to empty right after we got seated.

Eh.. the food wasn't great, she didn't even offer to comp it when it was obvious I had barely touched it. I'm also very judgy of a café that doesn't have good coffee, and this one definitely didn't. I know that it was really busy, so the service wouldn't have bugged me as much, except we asked if we could get the music turned down, and there was no flexibility offered for that. Really not a great first time here. Not sure I'm coming back.

Coming out of state, went there to eat breakfast with my fiancee, we had a great time. Food took long but enjoyed the time, we were able to sit and chat before the food got there. Definitely recommend for a coffe/breaskfast date.

Waited an hour and a half for food that never came. The people sat all around us, 30 to 45 minutes after us, got served. No staff came out to check on us. No apologies, no server came by but once. Save your dollars for a business that carea.
What a great find. Coming from out of town, we initially were going to just settle for Denny’s on N. Genessee St. in Utica figuring it must be okay given the concentration of hotels nearby. Wow, talk about sketch. We turned around in the parking lot and searched for the top ranked breakfast spots in the area. There is a reason Debbie’s is tops on that list! Great staff, great atmosphere, and great food. We liked it so much we came back the next day too. It’s so great to see such a nice local establishment. Highly recommend!

Debbie’s is always poppin and it’s for good reason. We really didn’t have to wait long and the food would have been worth it even if we did. Also very affordable pricing which I really appreciate. Can’t recommend enough.
