great dd we go alot great service there highly recommend it
This is my favorite DD in the area. I always treat myself after finishing Medical appointments at Slocum Dickson. There's tons of seating including the homey area with fireplace. It's always very clean and the staff is friendly
Help ignores counter customers and some night they are VERY rude.

Dunkin' offers a variety of coffee but is considered relatively expensive compared to other local options. The service quality can vary, as some customers have reported feeling uncomfortable due to employees openly discussing work-related issues. However, many guests have noted the pleasantness of the staff, and the restaurant is accommodating with accessibility features for wheelchairs. Recent reviews highlight a friendly atmosphere, especially for families, with one customer appreciating the nice staff who made a child’s day with donut stickers. While some customers experienced long wait times for coffee, even when the restaurant was not busy, others mentioned that despite being short-staffed, the employees, including the manager, worked hard and remained pleasant. Some tables and floors may need attention, but overall, many find the experience at Dunkin' to be satisfactory, especially during special promotions like National Donut Day.
