I waited more than 12 minutes in the drive-thru line when I finally got to the window the app wouldn't work for my code so I had to walk in to order. After ordering it took me more than 15 minutes to receive my mocha frappe. Not sure what's going on at this store but they definitely need more help. Don't waist you lunch break going here.

Ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes got no hot cakes, no eggs only a biscuit and two burnt sausage patties. Also got a mc griddle no meat on it just the buns are u kidding me. No one seems to care here.

Some of the worst food and personable experiences ive had in a mcdonalds in a long time. Long lines, poor management that seems to always have attitude and not solve any issues coupled with poor food preparation and presentation makes for a lackluster and quite frankly Bad time.Avoid at all cost.Multiple times there have been an experience worth mentioning and managers at each occasion (Sabrina and Amanda) have been absolutely atrocious in helping my experiences when mentioned.

Every time we go to the South Utica McDonald's the employees are always yelling and swearing. The screw up orders and when you tell them they are beyond rude. Especially the short manager dude. Rather drive a little further to the other location because they are alot more friendly.

Normally I don't gripe about fast food.I stop every Thursday and Friday for breakfast. All I ask is, toast the English muffins. Eating a raw sandwich at 6am kinda puts a stinger in your side.
