My experience today was horrible! 2 HRs and then the food came out FROZEN! UNEXCEPLABLE! I was given excuse after excuse as to why! Should have just said we dropped the ball completely and left it at that! The blame game was ..well, we all know where accountability lies. Either way ,it was terrible and at the end we finally settled for a cup of soup and crackers which the manager said oh I will comp. Your check! What! We didn't getv1 thing we ordered ! Crap food, worse than usual. Service was a kiosk which is stupid. They didn't even bring the food to out table, a customer had to tell us our food was waiting
Had a little situation and the manager Tyrone handled it with the upmost class and professionalism. To be a young guy, he’s doing a great job! McDonald’s should be very proud of him. He makes that McDonald’s a grea place to come again. Thanks Tyrone.
