Normally I don't gripe about fast food.I stop every Thursday and Friday for breakfast. All I ask is, toast the English muffins. Eating a raw sandwich at 6am kinda puts a stinger in your side.
Totally understaffed... Drive thru wrapped all around building and into street (creating safety hazard and inability to get into lot, in general. When I got in, I decided to order inside. No staff on front. No greeting. No "we'll be with you in a minute." Waited over 10 mins inside... People walking out for lack of acknowledgement...

Every time we go to the South Utica McDonald's the employees are always yelling and swearing. The screw up orders and when you tell them they are beyond rude. Especially the short manager dude. Rather drive a little further to the other location because they are alot more friendly.
