FOLKS....I proudly eat at the New Hartford Burger King 3-4 times EVERY week! The customer service I ALWAYS receive is OUTSTANDING! The workers and management are efficient, friendly, and accurate!! I've NEVER had a bad experience at this BK! I cannot say that about the McDonald's across the street!? I don't know if Jerry S. The cashier at this burger king is beyond friendly. The customer service from her is uncharacteristically excellent for a fast food cashier. Never change. You're a huge reason I still come here ? ❤️

The staff at the windows were very friendly. Food fresh and hot. Was so sweet and gave our dog a chicken nugget after asking politely if he could have one. Wasn't impressed the large fry was only half full for what you pay for them, but the service made up for that!
