Waited on quick but had to tell the cashier three times what I needed . Then waiting on one item, just a plain bagel(not toasting no nothing just a cut) and waited. I finally said excuse me is the bagel ready and she apologized and said give me a second. Now mind you I showed her the text in writing as well what was needed and instead of an extra large hot coffee I received an iced coffee 🤦. Went here on a random Saturday for a pick me up. Pulled into the drive through and waited awhile even said hello. Until the lovely staff told me that they were short handed. My coffee was made on time and although they are short staffed and it’s not their fault, they apologized and made my coffee perfect. 10/10 location
