THEY ARE VERY VERY BUSY ESPECIALLY EARLY MORNING BUT THEY POLITELY TELL YOU SORRY IT WILL BE LITTLE WAIT -THEY ALL WORK VERY HARD AND ITS NOT THEIR FAULT THEY GET SLAMMED WITH ORDERS…I HAVE BEEN INSIDE AND HEAR PEOPLE COMPLAIN WELL MY OPINION IS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEN ??♀️ I THINK THEY DO AMAZING
I wouldn’t recommend going to this location at least in the mornings. They are consistently the slowest Dunkin. Often a 15-20 minute wait even if you order ahead on the app. And some of the staff but mostly who I presume to be the manager have horrible customer service and can be quite rude.
