Food is okay, not.great. tables were dirty, service slow (we were the only people in the place.and waited at least 10 minutes.

Disappointing service and lack of accountability. As a long-time customer, I am incredibly frustrated by the recent decline in quality at the Commercial Drive store. Today, my order was stolen due to a complete lack of order verification protocols for delivery drivers. Instead of resolving the issue, the staff exhibited a poor attitude and bounced me between the store, the driver, and DoorDash support. The management needs to address these severe communication gaps and secure their pickup station.

first of all the workers are so rude. They are always giving stank faces so what?! I’ve been at this location MULTIPLE times they mess up my order 75% of the time, i mean come on. Last time I went they gave me RAW chicken, hello? The inside of the meat was red, the bone was red, it smelled raw, and I had a suspicion because the meat was suddenly soft. don’t recommend

It’s horrible, we had to wait 5 god damn minutes just for food the service is horrible at all cost for your money spend go to five guys or any else but Popeyes if your around the area, the only. Good thing is the food

Never going back here again. I ordered a #3 and had to repeat myself three times because the cashier couldn’t hear me. When I finally got my food, it was still cold. I asked them to reheat it, but instead I got excuses about how their system works. I just wanted hot, fresh crispy chicken—not cold, low-quality food. Even after asking again, it was still terrible. Really disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
