Ah, nothing sets the mood like a manager verbally abusing a cashier for ringing up a coupon wrong which she didn't, followed by a shrimp-related meltdown all in front of paying customers. Zero class.

Now on to the manager's puppy.. Yes that same manager who moments ago verbally bashed her employee in front of everyone. Well, every few minutes she'd need to go clean up her puppy's pee while everyone looked in amazement at what was taking place. Adorable? Yes. Hygienic.... Probably not so much.

Oh, and the food? Luke warm at best. Just to lighten things up, I thought I'd post a pic of the pup.

The manager brought their dog to work and it’s just sitting in the corner with a blanket peening on the floor and all the manager is yelling at the workers in front of customers

Good food but the service is really really slow and you definitely have to check your order to make sure you got everything

I take my son here and I hate it every time. The service sucks. I either have to wait for the whole staff to get done with their smoke break or some other nonsense everytime we go. I'd not return but a growing 14 year old boy who diesnt get bad customer service wants what he wants. Waaaayyy over priced.

Went in to order fish on Friday. Pointed to the sign that said $10.49 combo. Was charged $11.99 and when I was asked why, I was told that they are taught to always charge for the higher priced combos. Never once was I asked what size I wanted or never once was I told I would not be getting the price I pointed to on the wall. No behind the counter seems to really care. Very poor customer service, will not be going back!

Service sucks you can't even hear them talking through drive through and I waited 30 min for them my food out food never came out I had to go in and they forgot about me I had to wait another 15min to do my order. I didn't even get the biscuits I asked pssh

I went for lunch, I spent 15 minutes waiting on my meal while listening to the employees and manager talk about callouts, how they hate there jobs, and other nonsense. I was the only one there and there were no cars in the drive thru. The food I received was cold and soggy as if it was sitting a while. The Mac n cheese was disgusting. I could have made better from a Kraft box. The fine in experience was gross, many tables dirty and not cleaned, the floor was dirty, and the drink station was filthy. I went at 11:30 AM, so I am curious how it was in this rough of shape as they literally just opened for lunch. The food cost about $18 after tax. I got a meal with a small side of Mac n cheese which was literally 3 bites. I will never go back to this place.

Came here on feb 2 2025 ordered 3 spicy tender meals and talk about hard even the rats wouldn’t eat them don’t come here unless it’s a very last resort

Horrible service cashier was very moody for no reason and kept huffing at me at anything I asked like could I get extra pickle or could I pay in cash she was acting as if she had somewhere to be when the restaurant and drive thru were completely empty and apparently for good reason will not be dining again.
