food was good, service was wonderful they forgot my chicken dippers but when i went back they gave me a strawberry pie for the inconvenience

I was eating in the lobby today with a family member and the managers were harassing a female manager and tried forcing her to work outside her availability and fired her for not agreeing to worst store experience ever will not return

Had an online order pick up, pulled up to window and was told to pull forward and they would bring it out , only they forgot about me and my order. 30 min wait , never again!

The food is fresh, flavorful and exactly what I’m looking for when I want something quick but satisfying. The team was friendly and got my order out fast. Everything was packed well and tasted great. Simple, easy and always hits the mark

My god, this place is magically awful. Time and again I swear to stop coming but it's the only god-forsaken location within an hour of me and I'm desperate for my chicken sandwich kick when I get it. Staff routinely gossips, when it even has enough staff in the first place. On top of that, 1 customer or 15, you're in for a 15-25 minute wait as if they just sold out before you walked in. And don't get me started on the number of times I've been handed an incorrect order. I have not stopped in and gotten my order correctly more than 10% of the time. And I don't make it complex, it's a chicken sandwich combo w/no pickle.

I want to come more but this place cannot figure it's groove out. Not sure if it's training issues, management issues, too picky about hiring enough people or if they're just keeping the lights on and skimming what money they can before they shut the doors.

It's pretty good chicken ,probably not as good as KFC,but the biscuits are outstanding.
