Went here for the first time. Chicken was cooked but had no flavor at all in the breading. Was a little disappointed in the lack of flavor and the price.

There was a gentleman who took our order as we went through the drive through that needs more training on how to do a drive through order. He assumed after one item that we were done ordering. We weren’t. He spoke so quietly that you couldn’t really hear him at the speaker.

We went when it opened. Food took awhile to come out but was piping hot, fresh and delicious. Store was clean, a little chilly. No soap in either bathroom. For fast food in New Hartford, I have low expectations, but my family likes it here.

This restaurant has always felt chaotic, but there has been either a Owner change or The right person is managing this establishment now...because it is night and day. The employees are friendly and well trained...the managing staff is attentive and you can tell they take pride in presenting a clean dining experience. Amazing turn around!!! 5 ⭐️
