Always have loved Starbucks and have been a long time shareholder. Brian Nicole has promised to return Starbucks as a gathering place and I just don’t see it at this location. No condiment bar. I’m having my coffee inside and it’s in a paper cup. Where’s the offer of a mug? Are not your improvements across all units?

Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed feedback. Customers enjoy drinks like the iced Matcha latte with coconut milk, vanilla bean powder, and no classic, but the up-charge for extra scoops of Matcha is a concern. Some barely taste the Matcha now. The venti pink drink with peach juice and Iced Americano with dark caramel sauce and blonde roast are made perfectly. However, a Venti Iced Americano in a Trenta cup was refused, leading to a waste of plastic and time. One location lacks a condiment bar and serves coffee in a paper cup without offering a mug. Consistency is an issue; a Barista added only 3 scoops of Matcha instead of 4, and another visit also had one less scoop. Staff are lovely, with special praise for Brandon, who is gracious, welcoming, and addresses customers by name. The girl on the phone and the barista who handled a re-make were also very nice. Since the reopening, drinks sometimes taste different, similar to the inconsistency joked about at Dunkin.
