Went through drive thru around 7am there was only 1 car ahead of me didn't look too busy inside either. Use to like this location but every time I go now they always get my order wrong. I constantly hear other customers complaining their order is wrong as well. most of the staff is rude. There was this one girl who was very friendly and polite and kept apologizing for everyone's screw ups. I felt kind of bad for her seeing the customers we mad and her and it was not her fault. The staff needs more training

Unlike many Starbucks I noticed no far left ideology here. The only complaint is drinks take a long time to be made but that's what happens when people order no foam, extra-hot, half-calf, no-whip, chocolate drizzle with a cherry on top soy lattes. ?
