Was very happy with the service today and the interaction we had with the hibachi chef. he was very entertaining. Great way to celebrate my 41st birthday.
Food is FANTASTIC, staff is professional and the Hibachi chef's are on point!

Sumo Japanese Steakhouse offers some of the best sushi in New Hartford in a clean and friendly environment. It is one of the favorite spots for a great lunch with a delicious bento box, especially the teriyaki salmon. The chefs are top tier and the service is always great. Enjoy a fun Chef performance while savoring amazing steak and chicken hibachi, or try their many vegetarian sushi options. The food is always amazing and the yum yum sauce and ginger salad dressing are incredible.
