I watched a documentary about Boston Market it was very interesting. I decided to go and give a try. The menu looked overwhelming big so I asked the lady for recommendations and got the 1/2 chicken with 2 sides (Mashed potatoes and rice) great combo by the way. The place looked clean but sadly not busy at all from 12:00 to 12:30. I hope they make a come back. Service was 10/10!

Not many Boston markets in Indianapolis so when I flew in to ny and was starving, I pulled right in. Staff was very nice.I ordered bbq chicken which was hot, fresh, and tasty albeit very sweet.Broccoli was undercooked and mac and cheese was running in a cheese sauce.And the cornbread was so small, like 1 bite and doneLunch did the job and tackled my hunger but not satisfying.

The boston market food is pretty good, but the service has dropped off a lot. They tend to wear one serving glove or some don't even bother. I had to ask if they stopped the gloves, then it took a while to find the glove. uber eats were prepared gloveless
