They are vegan inclusive and they don’t charge extra for vegan cheese. Their vegan Caesar salad is so good. Nice ambiance, too. Very good spot overall.
Their gluten free pizza crust is also delicious.
Was visiting family in this town and stopped here on a whim. The staff was efficient and friendly, and the restaurant's open kitchen is incredibly clean and well organized. I ordered a pizza and it was everything I wanted it to be; perfect char on the crust, good punch of basil, and really nice tomato sauce (I recommend trying their ricotta cheese as well, as it seemed to be house made or locally sourced). I live 2 hours away, but I would travel back to New Paltz, if solely...
My faith in great New York pizza has been restored. This place is amazing! This is what pizza should look and taste like. Pizza has a very nice char on the crust but doesn't taste burnt. Other places we go to don't have the char but do taste burnt. Oh......we will be back for more. Wow!
