First visit to Ciao Bella. Nice relaxing atmosphere, food and service very good. Will definitely go back when in town.
Food is outstanding. Our wait staff was a bit frazzled being quite busy. Forgot our bread plates and butter, but really it was a minor inconvenience because the food is outstanding.
Service is always great. Everyone enjoyed their food. Plenty of options and great location.
Off.The.Hook. The steamed clams were tender & flavorful despite being 70 miles from the ocean. The Veal ravioli & fungi ravioli are not to be missed. My party said the seafood ravioli were also a must for fans of lobster & shrimp. Paired with a nice Montepulciano & chased with pistachio ricotta cheese cake... Bella indeed.
What a beautiful environment. Classy and authentic. The service was impeccable- the best I've experienced in quite a time. They are a team that work well and accurately together. The food was absolutely delicious.
Great meal, service was excellent, ambience perfect and the chef and team were amongst the best. Will visit again!
We held a party here with 20 people. They were very accommodating to special requests. The food was great, and the service matched.

Loved the food. I took my mother here for her birthday.
I had the frito misto and the fungí ravioli.
My mother had the beet salad and the pollo martini.
For dessert she shared the almond cake.
Everything was so good! The staff was lovely.

Terrible service. One hour to take our order and had to chase the waiter throughout our meal. Luckily another waiter helped when we were otherwise ignored. Salads not good. Main course okay but not memorable. Very loud. There are better options!

We came here tonight for our 15 year anniversary. I wish I could give it more stars. Our waiter, Miko was amazing. The food was above expectations. We had the calamari as an appetizer. I had veal stuffed ravioli with Gorgonzola sauce. My wife had the crab and lobster ravioli with a tomato cream sauce. Dessert was phenomenal. We stayed in town for a few days. Nothing but disappointments in other restaurants. As far as I’m concerned no other restaurant exists in this town. This is our go to place from now on. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice presentation, but the quality of the food was disappointing.
A little disappointed. The atmosphere was good, no issues there. After we ordered our drinks, we asked for bread and they told us they don't have any left. They also didn't have their lava cake which can happen because it was 9pm when it was ordered. The portions were very small and the sauce from the penne ala vodka tasted like regular marinara sauce.

This was, hands down, one of the best meals and dining experiences I’ve ever had in my life (and I’m drawing from living, and eating in, London, NYC, and Los Angeles, the 3 cities I grew up in (I’ve lived in Gardiner now 10 years)). Everything was cooked and made to perfection, the service was perfect, friendly and attentive, and truly, I could not find one thing to criticize (and I’m a severe critic.) If I could give it ten stars, I would.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, and extra attentive staff to help.
