What a bad experience at NP Dunkin this morning...Waiting in the curbside pick up for over 20 minutes for our order and then the window washer bump my car with his equipment! I said something to him and he didn't care! I called to complain (which I normally don't do) and their excuse was they are short staffed and training new people. There must have been 20 customers go in and out while we were waiting! #wewereloyalcustomers
Had great coffee and good customer service sad to hear the chocolate cream filled is being discontinued Will visit again
I love the store but yesterday's experience was horrible. The "leader" was so mean in front of me and entire store my heart broke for him. She even said when he asked a simple question you need a hearing aid. He took every nasty thing she said with a smile. He didn't roll his eyes or say anything back to her. I called and left a complaint on the number on my receipt but never heard a thing. If I go there again and she's there, I'll walk right out. Leader she is not !!!!!
