OMG, this is the best cheesecake I have ever had!
Better than Junior's in NYC, highly recommend the pistachio, the chocolate peanut butter....Wonderful bakery....please never leave New Paltz!

The cheesecake is absolutely incredible, phenomenal, and always amazing, with slices that are phenomenal. Popular specific flavors include the strawberry shortcake cheesecake, called the GOAT, along with honorable mention for the banana pudding cheesecake, a heavenly tiramisu cheesecake, and amazing latte and vanilla bean cheesecake. Other desserts like cannoli cheesecake, pistachio cupcakes, apple cider donuts, cookies, and cupcakes are also homemade and delicious.
