This bakery sells bagels cheaper at cost than anyone I know in this area.
I have not visited the Newburgh location. I have visited Rockland Bakery located at 94 Demarest Mill Rd, Nanuet, NY 10954 numerous times. It is the largest bakery I have ever seen. I always enjoy going in the area where the fresh bagels are coming down where you can just take them fresh and warm. That area is also where all the breads are. I have been there before when the conveyor belt is on taking breads to be sliced and packaged. It is a great place to buy fresh bakery.
