OMG, this is the best cheesecake I have ever had!

Excellent variety of cheesecake flavors. Drove quite a distance to visit and taste their cheesecakes. The staff was super grateful and friendly and took their time explaining the different flavors.
I got a cheesecake sampler for my sisters birthday. I am also a cheesecake snob. Like don’t try to peddle Cheesecake Factory “cheesecake” and call it good kinda snob. This cheesecake was thoroughly delicious and impressive! Everyone loved them! Seriously I highly recommend getting all your cheesecake needs from Hudson Valley Cheesecake!

The atmosphere is absolutely great, with a delicious smell and a look and feel that embodies a loved local establishment. The cheesecake is absolutely incredible, phenomenal, and always amazing, with slices that are phenomenal. Popular specific flavors include the strawberry shortcake cheesecake, called the GOAT, along with honorable mention for the banana pudding cheesecake, a heavenly tiramisu cheesecake, and amazing latte and vanilla bean cheesecake. Other desserts like cannoli cheesecake, pistachio cupcakes, apple cider donuts, cookies, and cupcakes are also homemade and delicious.
It is important to understand these delicacies are made fresh by the day, which is why they may not be fast and might take a while for a different cake. The service is top tier, with phenomenal and friendly staff who are helpful, patient, attentive, personable, and sweet, showing clear love for their business.
