I'm giving this five stars. The food is kind of average. Very minimal spice. Reminds me of the stuff you could get at a hari Krishna free lunch. But the service and the heart of the servers here is six stars. Just for the energy and the nice vibe it's worth eating there. And of course the food is good enough and healthy etc. I'll be back.

Just placed an online order of palak paneer bowl and samosas and there were NO sauces. Very disappointed as I can steam vegetables and rice at home on my own. There was no spinach sauce on the bowl, despite being clearly called out on the receipt, and no chutney or tamarind with the samosa. Tried to call them twice and it went straight to voicemail. Super disappointed first timer.

This is a wonderful spot to stop for a quick bite to go or to sit and eat. As soon as you enter, you can smell the food. The choices are made with fresh, healthy, quality ingredients. There are a plethora of choices. You can also make your own bowl, choosing a base, protein, and veggies. You can't go wrong with a warm samosa and the sauces that come with it, absolutely delicious! The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the environment is warm and inviting. They even have a piano in front of the window for live music. If you're in New Paltz and enjoy authentic Indian food or want some yummy vegan / vegetarian options, you must check out this restaurant.

If you want nutrient dense food this is the place. The menu is natural and tasty. I liked all the dishes I had. The people explain the differences in each item if you're unfamiliar with healthy cuisine. The price is reasonable. The decor and ambiance is inviting. Worth a try when you're in New Paltz.
