Sadly, we started out LOVING their pizza, especially the Italian Pie !! But, the 4 times that we ordered it, AFTER the first time, it was made differently EACH TIME!! The 1st time... It was GREAT! Just as described in their menu! The 3 other times that we ordered the Italian Pie, it was made differently and went, progressively, DOWNHILL!! ALSO... we ordered 2 other cheese pies, 1 with mushrooms... the mushrooms tasted like they were added AFTER the pizza was cooked... and RIGHT FROM A CAN! Definitely NOT FRESH AND NOT COOKED with the pizza! VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

I asked my boyfriend to pick up a buffalo chicken slice somewhere in New Paltz and this has to be one of the worst slices I’ve ever seen. Please do not waste your money and go to any other pizza spot. My picture doesn’t do the slice justice. It’s literally a slice of cardboard.

I've had three opportunities in ordering from la bellas.i ordered online cause I couldn't get an answer when I called. The first order was 3 dinner.when I picked then up they forgot one so I waited to prepare it.the second time I went they couldn't find it and today I ordered two pizzas I received a text stating the time it would be ready Got there to find out it wasn't ready and has to wait 15-20 minutes .it's a shame cause their food is good but I have no luck getting the food when I pick it up
This place was great, stopped by on the trip back home from upstate. Deep dish and white pie was awesome. Would definitely come again.

On November 20th, my 3rd of 4th time ordering from La Bella's, I observed an unwelcoming environment by staff with the types of conversations they were having behind the counter, unsanitary food prep conditions (big blonde woman licked her fingers after preparing my food, not even trying to hide it); food that wasn't even tasty at that because of the rushed manner in which it was prepared, and poor choice of packaging which left my food seemingly smashed up. My original review as of that day was 2 stars overall, 2 stars in food, 2 stars in service, and 1 star in atmosphere.
11/21/24, 1715 hours, revised review I tried ordering again at this restaurant because of the reason of needing food in a pinch, which I mentioned was a redeeming quality of La Bella's in my original review. From my original review, I did mention that the speed and convenience in which the food is prepared is a double-edged sword when you realize that their whole business model revolves around the speed of which the food is prepared and served versus the quality of it. However, the staff wanted to improve their standing and seemed apologetic. During this visit, when I'd mentioned my experience ordering the day before, they were enthusiastic to reconsider the way they chose to package my food and its quality on top of being more friendly and welcoming! I also noted the diversity of the staff in the restaurant that day, and their whole "family-esque" picture they had been trying to paint with their kitchen and Italian general eatery displayed a good image. Overall, the concerns had been addressed and the staff was much more considerate towards food prep and quality this time around! It deserves some attention (see additional photos in comparison to my review from the 20th). With this update in my review, I will grant 1 additional star of rating to all categories!
Dietary restrictions: 11/20/24: I politely asked about the size of the portions, which were addressed with no issues.

My experience at Labella was nothing short of disappointing. The Pizza was okay, but the manner in which the manager treated her employee was deeply unprofessional and disrespectful. I would never choose to support a business run by someone who would talk to their employees like she did.
