It's sad that people are using a woman's business as a political battlefield but that's another story. I don't like how people throw around 5 stars these days (seems like it's either 1 or 5 - no in between). I'm leaving 5 because this is the closest thing to NYC pizza in New Paltz. And after living there for 12 years, it's the one thing I miss about that crazy city.I don't order out often - but I'm glad every time I do - a worth it splurge. Best pizza, cannolis, and homemade soup in town in my opinion.I could go on and on about the national debacle over a mural on a private business…but this is just supposed to be a review of a local pizza shop. My only regret tonight is that I only got 1 cannoli.

The service was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The pizza hit the spot, a perfect spot to grab a quick slice.

Food was pretty good. Not excellent as I expected better since it is costlier than most pizza places. Would be preferable if they lowered the price to match quality. Excellent and fast service, though!

Stopped in here after my daughter's powerlifting competition with a large group (20 people) of very hungry people. The owner showed up a little after we arrived (she knows my brother in law) and she was great...made sure our food came out correctly and apologized for one item coming out late and her team forgetting one slice (we had plenty so the extra slice wasn't necessary). I had a Stromboli with chicken and prosciutto that was absolutely delicious. Most of the crowd had pizza which was also very good. A little thicker crust than I usually prefer, but the taste was excellent. I don't get up to New Paltz often, but I'd come here again.

Delicious fresh pizza, friendly staff. Great place for a quick lunch. The eggplant parm hero is also huge and yummy!

Tl;dr: Waited 45 minutes for 2 pizzas, the cheese was disgusting, there was a passive aggressive note in the ladies' room, and the true prices of their menu items were not listed anywhere with no warning until receiving the bill.If I could rate 0 stars, I would. At first, it seemed pretty nice. The place was packed because there had just been a graduation at the local college, so when the waitress gave us menus, she told us that there were only the older menus left which hadn't been updated. When we tried to order (a large cheese pizza and a specialty pizza), another waitress told us that the specialty pizza was no longer available and gave us newer menus. She had 4 in her hand, but only handed out 3 for some reason so I had to look off of my friend. Once we ordered, we waited. And waited. Half an hour passed and they gave us each a complimentary garlic knot for waiting so long, which were pretty good.An additional 15 minutes passed and we finally got our two pizzas. I'm pretty picky when it comes to cheese so I can't speak for everyone, but I honestly thought it was revolting. Even my wife, who LOVES cheese, felt queasy after eating it. Then, when we went to the bathroom, there was a very passive aggressive sign about "Toily". It went into detail about how the septic can't handle feminine hygiene products, and it'll backup into the owner's personal basement and cost a lot of money. I don't know why it was necessary to word it the way that it was, but it definitely rubbed me the wrong way. Then, when we got the bill, for some reason each pizza cost an extra $2 each-- so our bill was $4 more than expected. I wasn't mad at first because it could've been a mistake. When we went to question it though, apparently the prices for things had gone up and *NONE* of the menus were updated. So, even the second "updated" menus we received weren't current with the prices, and the current prices were nowhere to be seen.None of us will be returning here.

I'm surprised this place passed a health inspection. It's not clean, the service is terrible, the food is disgusting, cold, and has no flavor, and the manager Maria should not be working there anymore, rude to the customers. Stay far away!!!!

Food is mid at best. Maria (owner) is just, excuse my language, a b****** She's rude and miserable. I get being miserable but there's no reason to act like b**** about it. Her employees look miserable, praying for them. I've watched her scream at some poor girl over plate stacking once. Hope her night is not good, get some help girl
