Hands down my favorite place in New Paltz for lunch or dinner, dine-in or takeout. First-rate food, excellent preparation in a kitchen visible from the dining room and the best staff in the business. Cannot recommend Lola's Cafe New Paltz enough–five stars and A+

I have been coming to this reasturant for about 1 year, no matter what I order the food is always spot on. Fresh and tasty ingredients, consistent food quality, and reasonable prices. May not be suitable for large groups (6 people +) however a quick call and you can confirm if they have space.Kid-friendliness: Menu items have food that kids would enjoy, space is casual and kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp available

Five of us went here for lunch during winter break, so it was incredibly busy. They were able to find a table for us without a wait and the staff member that greeted us was super friendly (as was all of the staff we encountered). It was a little crazy having to get up to go order at the counter but the system works I guess. The order came out exactly as we had asked for it (with several changes, substitutions, etc.). Our drinks came quick (note that they do have wine and beer on tap here) and the food wasn't far behind, especially for how busy they were. We got three Lola burgers (definitely the go-to burger here), a Hawk (chicken) wrap (great portion) and the southwest bowl (vegan/gluten free) which had a ton of stuff in it.We had two gluten-free people in our party and one is vegan as well. The fact that they have separate menus for those folks was amazing and super-inclusive. Every meal came out exactly as expected with the burgers cooked perfectly (medium-rare, medium) and the fries, by the way, were amazing.Overall, we had a great meal and will definitely be back. The service was fast, efficient and friendly, even if they don't take your order at the table. Highly recommended the next time your in New Paltz. Finally, they appear to do a very brisk take-out business as well, so don't be afraid to take it away if you don't have time to sit down.Dietary restrictions: Separate menus for vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free. Very accommodating.Parking: Street parking nearly impossible to find. The lot across the street is a paid lot and quite busy.Kid-friendliness: There were a TON of kids there when we were there. Very kid-friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp access to restaurant. Dining room is pretty tight but there are no booths so a wheelchair will work at any table.

We love the atmosphere. Everyone is welcome. Even when it's busy, the food doesn't take too long to come out. The staff are all very nice and the food is cooked to perfection. My medium burger was just right! Don't forget to buy a cookie or 2 or 3 or 4!! So yummy! ?Kid-friendliness: My son loves the food and he even got a sticker this time.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes definitely
