P&G's in New Paltz is a must-visit! The food was seriously amazing. I had the quesadilla, and it was cheesy perfection. But the real star of the show was the Mac salad beyond amazing! Huge shout out to Mike, a very nice gentleman who made the experience even better, and to Francisco, the cook who whipped up that incredible Mac salad. If you're in town, definitely check this place out!ššš
I had dinner at P and Gās for the first time while visiting family in New Paltz over Christmas, and it was a wonderful experience. I was dining with friends who are regulars, and I can see why they keep coming back. The service, atmosphere, and food were all outstanding. Great place with casual atmosphere for lunch dinner or even just cocktails in the artsy little Catskills town of new Paltz. My bison burger, soup and hot cider were great on a cold day after visiting the walkway over the Hudson and walk downtown. Been to this place many times and it never disappoints
