Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly.
I will never go back to Starbucks in New Paltz. The girl put whipped cream on my drink after I said no whipped cream and then messed up my finances drink two times along with the three next orders after us. Also they had terrible customer service on top of this terrible experience. �

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a place where customers order daily. Some orders, like a drink with light whip and light cream, have been repetitive problems with a non-full cup and too much cream. However, the baristas are amazing and some of the nicest ever met. They cheer up gloomy mornings with a smattering of friendly chit chat and a hand drawn smiley on the cup. One customer got a cold brew to walk with, and another received a large cold brew with half and half. The staff are the prized employees. One shift manager was the kindest person who paid for a coffee when a wallet was left locked in a dorm room, saying it was his pleasure and refusing payment later. Customers are overwhelmed to get smiles and participation from everyone.
