Placed an online order, wasn't ready when I got there. I was told upon arrival that by the staff that he was on a 30 minute break and that I needed to come back afterwards (mind you, I placed the order nearly 30 minutes prior). I abruptly left and requested a refund and still await a response from corporate. In case you're wondering, an hour passed and the order still wasn't completed. Unacceptable.

Insanely skimpy on everything. Got a Philly foot long and I was confused how thin it was and noticed there was the tiniest layer of meat. Another sandwich had little of the veggies I had asked for.

This place has gone downhill over the years. Ordered a tuna sandwich like I usually do from Subway only to find maybe 1 tablespoon of tuna directly in the middle of the sandwich. Wondering if next time I'll have any tuna on it at all. I come back for convenience but I've really godda find a new spot

I ordered online, went in store to pick it up, and was told they didn’t have it and he refused to give me a refund. At 7:30PM on 1/23/24 I ordered 2 churros, 2 cookies, and 2 pretzels (to try the new items) from the New Paltz store that closes at 8:30PM. I got there when it told me to (at 7:45PM) and the door was locked and the lights were off. I called, and the worker opened the door and immediately blamed me for ordering so late, and that 7:30 is when they stop making things- I asked if they closed at 8:30 assuming I was wrong, but no- I was told “we close when we close. you’re not hearing the words coming out of my mouth. don’t order after 7:30”. He told me I was SOL and that he would not give me a refund. His friend, who I don’t even think was working, was chuckling in the back. I then left the store with two cold cookies and two cold pretzels, no churros, no sauces (which I requested) and no refund.Update, I was able to go in the next day and the owner gave me 3 churros. They heated them for like 15 seconds so they were cold, but I got home and warmed them and they were delicious. I had a bad experience though overall, so leaving the stars at 1.

This review is not for their food, but their customer service.We looked up opening hours on Google before arriving on a Saturday morning, Google said 7:30 am. We came at 9 am and they weren't open yet. And on the front door, the opening hours also said from 7:30 am???

Supposed to be open 7:30 am every day. Stopped by 9 am on a Saturday it it was closed. No update to the schedule was on the window. So I suggest you call before you go to make sure they are open.

I walked in to Subway disappointed that BG frozen drink maker was broke and I am glad I did. Sandwich was made perfectly and the suggestion of adding vinaigrette and seasoning was on point and service was quick.
