Walked in Subway in New Paltz the first time, and I held the door open for an older gentleman walking in as well. The young man behind the counter, Carlos, greeted the gentleman by name. Took his order, and acknowledged me.....telling me he'd be with me in a minute. Outstanding customer service at this Subway shop!!
And my sandwich was perfect, and I was out the door in a reasonable amount of time.

Was ok. Nothing really of note. Pricey though
We had gone there last night, there was only one employee working, Abraham, I believe, & two people he was taking care of before us. When he got to us, he greeted us with a smile & I was very impressed that after he took care of the guy in front of us, he turned around, he took his gloves off and he grabbed new gloves before making our sandwich. Subway offers a clean and organized environment with quick service. The sandwich artists are professional and make sandwiches better than imagined. The suggestion of adding vinaigrette and seasoning was on point. Despite a broken frozen drink maker, customers are pleasantly surprised by the perfectly made sandwiches. The new female manager is incredibly speedy, knowledgeable, and runs the subway efficiently, making the experience much better. Customers appreciate the helpful tips on how to order and feel the staff, especially Carlos, provides excellent customer service with a positive attitude. His work ethic and kindness create a welcoming atmosphere, and his efforts are recognized. Overall, the store maintains a friendly environment with fast service and well-made sandwiches.
