Best fried chicken I’ve had in a long time. Not those pre frozen chicken either. Real deal. Loved it with a cute place to sit outside, eat, relax, and play chess.

My wife got the honey chicken sammich, loved it. We were visiting from out of state. The chef/owner was so friendly and engaging with her while preparing the meal that he gave it to her without ringing it up (it was the very end of the day). We paid over the phone a few days later, he was very gracious.

Absolutely great food, portions and prices are on point went on mother's day they said 25 mins got there food wasn't done he asked for 5 more sure no problem I would have gave him another 15 min cuz the food was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back.

I’m very picky about my burgers and the Bistro Burger was SO delicious that I had to go back the next day for another one! There’s no seating inside so plan to either eat outside or bring back home. Water street is a great place to eat outside when it’s warm, and has some cool shops to check out after a great meal from Main Street Bistro!
Chicken sandwich was one of a kind. Will be coming back just for that

where to start, the owner was wonderful. I have a few food allergies, and the owner had zero issues accommodating my needs, super thoughtful and understanding. the food was terrific honestly the menu here is great. words cannot describe the joy I felt doing business here 10/10 I will recommend

This little place is full of love and good food. I ordered the bistro burgers with fries for my mom and My Son. The bistro burgers and fries were delicious. We will definitely be Ordering takeout from them again.

Place is small and takeout only. But, there's a really nice courtyard with tables, a water feature and chess boards.
Burger was cooked just like I asked. Fries were crispy, def not soggy. Eveything was tasty. A nice burger AND fries for $15.50. Will come again to try some of the other menu items next time I'm in New Paltz.
In bad weather, I wonder if the dive bar up the street would let me bring in food from here? A burger, fries and a beer would be perfection.
