I understand that orders cannot be placed over the phone; however, I believe the customer service staff should be properly trained on how to communicate with customers. This morning, when I simply asked a question, one of the cooks addressed me in a vulgar and disrespectful manner. I found this behavior completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope this matter can be addressed, as respectful communication is essential when dealing with customers, Also that thing is weird...
