I am so happy to live right near Kiku because they are a solid, authentic place, which is so hard to find. Their beef and broccoli as well as the lo mein is as good as Chinatown. Some Chinese takeout places I’ve tried in the outer boroughs use really low quality meat and skimp on the good ingredients, but not Kiku! The sushi always tastes fresh and the proportion of stuffing to rice is perfect. There’s a parking lot right outside which is very convenient for pickup.
I don't normally rate or review places but I feel like I need to, Delicious! Very friendly gentleman who took my order and very quick! I just moved to this side of new rochelle and was looking for a sushi spot close to home. This is it! If you were skeptical because it's near a gas station, don't be. This is the real deal! Pepper tuna sashimi was ?.
For a local spot I love the sushi ? tuna striped bass and salmon are the types of raw fish I prefer. I noticed people calling it salty and can’t help but wonder if maybe they put a gallon of soy sauce in it? Lol sushi and sashimi you only dip the end in soy sauce that’s it! Also another one who said “fish is sour must be old” okay so #1 bad fish isn’t sour it is smelly stinky and wouldn’t be edible and #2 sushi rice has vinegar in it. That’s the sour taste it’s...
