This place is a joke. Lots of noise in the hallways at all hours. Smelled of weed by the elevators because they have windows there were people sit and smoke. Must be a shelter/long term housing. You will get charged $15 daily for the boutique fee which is the restaurant fee even if you don't use it. They think by given you a coupon for FREE TAPIAS at the restaurant justifies it. Seriously "I already paid for them" It's not worth it the stay. Water pressure and hot water were nonexistent.

Room was comfortable but on weekend nights, you will feel like you’re sleeping in a discotec. The music from the restaurant and bar blasts for hours, creating a percussion beat throughout all floors of the hotel. You cannot escape the booming . Music didn’t stop until about 2 am! I couldn’t sleep either Friday or Saturday night due to this issue, creating a terrible experience. When I called to ask them to turn it down, there was no change. Be forewarned!!!
Rooms were cleaned daily, rugs looked like they weren't cleaned in years, closets were built for short stays.

Have a room on the 6th floor and the noise from the bar downstairs is so loud it's making the AC unit rattle. I called the front desk and was told they can't move me because they're booked. Don't book here unless you're a hopeless insomniac. Would give it less than 1 star if I could.
I think that the rooms were okay, clean with good amount of room to move. Pillows weren't great, very flat, so you may want to bring your own. Otherwise the main issue was the parking - events are hosted here and there is a bar and dancefloor downstairs where people come to socialize - meaning that there aren't a lot of parking spaces and no designated guest lot. Very frustrating having to go out and repark my car because I couldn't find a spot and had to park on a curb.

It was excellent to be in that hotel, the service was impressive and very good.
It sits kinda off and sets in the back a little on the corner . It's black and purple building and it's a gas station beside it.
Rooms: Rooms are nice and comfy and clean
Nearby activities: It has a lounge connected to it which is lovely.
Safety: It's not in the best of areas but it sits off a busy street and roads but it was safe enough.
Walkability: Not bad
Food and drinks: Good food

You will not get a lick of sleep here, the nightclub downstairs blasts music so hard it shakes rooms two floors up.
Comfortable and clean, but over priced. It’s one of the only hotels in the area, they’re always at max capacity, there really isn’t a need to be so over priced.

My sister and I hosted a large baby shower for our cousin (in the downstairs ballroom) on Saturday night. As soon as we arrived, we were introduced to Derrick. He was so polite and on top of every request! He made the night go smoothly and we were so appreciative to have him. I am thoroughly pleased of our experience that evening!

If you expect to be able to sleep and find parking don't stay here. This hotel has a nightclub that operates almost all night long. Even on the fifth floor the noise from the music and the people in the outside area partying is a bit much, especially traveling with a child. The location was great as we had something in the area to attend. Everything was clean! Just wish they cared about the guest with the music!

Food and drinks: Prices seemed a little more than expected.
Problem with this hotel is the "resort fee" you are charged per day, irrespective if you use the tiny pool (wasn't even open on my last day) or have a car to park. It's $15.00 + tax per day on top of already pricey rates. And there is no discussion about waiving it. Watch out. I do not recommend it.
It's positioned as a luxury hotel, but it really isn't at all. And beware, on weekends the bar restaurant is booked out for parties and the music volume is intolerable. We could not bear it and had to head out for dinner.

For how much we paid I was very disappointed with the front desks response to us finding a ball gag in our room. They told us to leave and come back and they'll send the cleaning people up, and when we got back they still left the sex toy on the floor. When we complained again they only offered drink vouchers that could only be used same day.
Rooms: Decent sized rooms, small bathrooms, bring your own pillows their's had no support
Safety: Didn't feel unsafe at all during visit
Walkability: Walkable to multiple breakfast locations and small parks in New Rochelle

Worst hotel ever your room vibrates until 2 am from the club downstairs DO NOT book a room here you will get no sleep. Building management does not care about the people who book rooms in the hotel they only care about the club goers and keeping the party going at all hours of the night! If i could give this dump zero stars i would!
