Hotel NoMa, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

My experience was as such. The front desk staff was very helpful and nice. The hallways smelled like weed and mold. The room had a very tight bathroom, an AC unit that wouldn't let me sleep because of the loud engine like noise and a lack of cleanliness. Overall my experience was bad, and as a diamond member of Wyndham I feel disappointed.

Lounge/Restaurant review only...great vibe, food was really good, prices were average (expected)... had a great time!

Everything was on spot. If there was any complaints, it would be no microwave in the room, and they had an elevator down, out of 2, and with a big event with alot of people staying, perhaps they should of got an emergency elevator company to come out before the event. Other than that, plenty of parking, wonderful food, great employees, a fun night club. If in the area and need a room look them up. Great location.

As Wyndam owner..Check in was really easy and staff really helpfully , room was big, not to much te bathroom. Only 1 elevator working . We visit the bar area for happy hour.
we request for the bridal family to be on the same floor and that was noted on the specific accounts; but on 9/11 the check in person refuse to grant those request and decided to separate the group on different floors. Our night in the 5th floor becomes hard to sleep due to kids making loud noise and tuning around the hallway.
With the wedding on 9/12 it was crucial to have a good night sleep for this special event.
I don’t understand when blocking rooms for an event they don’t assigned the same floor for all the guest to stay together.

It's the only great hotel in this area cuz the other ones don't meet up to this standard.

We used the NoMa for my daughter's wedding 'home base' in August 2025. The location was great for the weekend (between the church and reception venue) and the staff were great. We used their food services for several things over the weekend and it was fine. My only complaint is that the rooms are definitely a bit outdated - '90's styling - and some of the fixtures in the room were getting a little shabby. The lamps were loose. The bathroom door was water damaged. There was only one uncomfortable side chair in the room. I kind of feel like - knowing that there are only a couple of hotels in town - they feel they can let these things slide, which is unfortunate, especially since the staff is very attentive.

I had a great stay at Hotel NoMa! I spent 24 hours there and made sure to experience everything, the gym is solid (I used every machine), the pool was clean and relaxing and the line dancing class at Noma Social was a nice surprise. I had the jalapeño pizza, sweet chili wings, and a lychee martini poolside, everything hit. I also grabbed drinks from the vending machine and explored the ballroom and event spaces. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, I came to do it all, and I did. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun, comfortable stay in New Rochelle. It was a very pretty room with carpeting!! I had my 2 🐶 🐕 emotional support dogs with me so unfortunately they put spots on the carpet!!!! Carpets and rugs are not good for pets!! That's why they're not pet friendly at all!!!! My dogs were able to be with me because I have their emotional support paperwork thank G-D!! If you travel with pets and don't have service or emotional support paperwork for them, you need a real pet friendly hotel!! My next hotel was pet friendly so that was much better for us!!.

Housekeeping never visited my room in the 3 days I stayed. I called the front desk twice regarding this and was told, “I’m not sure how housekeeping works” and, “They leave at 3 so they probably didn’t get to it”. Reused towels and had to ask for more shampoo and body wash. The WiFi didn’t work the entire time. The shower was far too narrow and the towel bar on the inside made it worse. The hallway smelled like weed for 3 days. One elevator was out the entire weekend. I would expect far more for $300+ dollars a night.

I've never stayed at the hotel, I go there to visit the club NoMa. Very nice place good food and they have free salsa lessons on Thursdays

I don't recommend staying at this hotel at all. I checked in one early morning and didn't inspect the room until later in the day. The covers and sheet were soiled with what appeared to be blood and/or urine stains . Sara E. The front desk manager did a very poor job making things right. Please stay away from this place.

Cool little spot. Only drawbacks were a tiny and tight shower and the room was a bit hot even with the AC on. Would come back so I could check out the bar/lounge area because we checked in close to its closing. Surrounding area had a few bars and places to eat so you can step out.

Mine was a very late check in. I paid for a king-sized bed but was not provided one during my stay. Despite informing the hotel staff, the issue was not addressed, which made my stay uncomfortable. I had also notified the staff in advance about my late check-in. The escalation of the event by the staffs was pathetic. Disrespectful as well. Spoke to manager sarae in the morning,apologized and promised for partial refund and contact via Expedia. Contacted Expedia and the story is other way around. The property didn’t authorize the payment. This situation raises concerns about why I paid for a king-sized bed if the booking was not honored. This experience is disappointing, as I expected better service.

I had heard extremely good things but was very disappointed in my 1 night stay , do not plan on returning there in the future

The hotel is fine, but the front desk staff could use a training in customer service. As other reviews have stated, the front desk staff is off putting and rude.
