Had a big event in the restaurant space. And my group booked about 15 rooms. Everything was perfect. The team at the front desk, led by Moudji was outstanding. And the team at the restaurant, led by Rob were fantastic. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you for a memorable weekend and event!
I called ahead with a few questions. The front desk staff were all knowledgeable and courteous. I actually got a much better rate directly with them versus w/ a 3rd party so I would advise cross referencing. The room was quiet. The bathroom was clean with excellent water pressure, although there was a bit of a “landlord special” going on with the painted over door hinges. Most importantly, I was kindly accommodated with the check-in and check-out times to work around my toddler’s nap schedule. The on-site restaurant is tasty & very convenient. With regards to the noise complaints (from many reviewers) from the restaurant/lounge - this is not an issue during the week since it closes at 10pm. Oh and there’s ample parking around the building.
I made my reservations 6 months before my arrival and requested an adjoining room with my older children for our two night stay. At check-in they said they could not do adjoining rooms as requested and provide no explanation. Front desk staff not helpful or overly welcoming. My advise request a room that isn't under the bar and their outdoor patio. I was on the 3rd floor and could hear the music and people outside until the bar closed at 2am. Room was fine nothing special.
The stay itself wasn’t bad, but the way the hotel handled billing was completely unacceptable. After I checked out, they charged my credit card for additional items I never ordered. The signature on the bill was not mine, yet the manager approved the charge simply because someone wrote my room number on the check.
When I raised the issue, the hotel insisted the charge was valid and refused to issue a refund, even though I clearly proved the signature wasn’t mine.
This level of negligence and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone based on how they handle disputes and guest security.
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at NoMa hotel in New Rochelle. Besides the tacky and dated decor, the whole reason I booked a hotel was to get some solid sleep before heading back home from NY. I was abruptly woken up at 1am by club music! Yes, there is a VERY LOUD club in this hotel, and despite hours of effort, and being on the 4th floor, I could not get back to sleep. I ended up with a migraine, no rest and a lot of frustration. The kicker? I found some kind of beaded jewelry in my sheets the next morning. So how clean was my room, really? I wrote the front desk manager and the general manager and I have yet to even get a response. This hotel is NOT WORTH the money.
Stayed here from Tuesday November 25th 2025 to Friday November 28th 2025 with my parents. We were in NY for thanksgiving and needed a place to stay- so here we stayed. So a little background on this hotel- it was actually in fact a radison Hotel, but switched names, and also kept some of the same staff. It is now Hotel No Ma. Located in the heart of New Rochelle, NY by the colleges, and by some local businesses to eat at. It is a cozy hotel and even has a restaurant called No Ma Social, where one can get happy hour drinks and food too! At check in, we also get a keychain where one can get a percentage off select menu items. This is also where breakfast is, and it is made to order! Liked that because- if one is in the mood for pancakes, and it is listed on the menu, you got it! Also has a seasonal pool, and fitness center. Easy parking as well, as the lot is big. Friendly staff at check in, and overall. room was ready to be checked in by the time we got there. Room had 2 beds, and a bathroom. Also was very clean and had lots of towels- and shampoo and conditioner too! Beds were comfy to sleep in. Loved the tv too, and watched the parade on it Thanksgiving morning. only con is the bathroom in the room is a little small, and a little hard to walk around in. Oh, and had to figure out how to turn on the shower- but luckily had my parents help on that one. Also, there was no bathroom fan- which-- well for me-- i find the bathroom fans obnoxious and loud, so for me it's good that it didn't have one- but for others who find it too hot after showering, or had to empty out- the fans can be useful. Anyways- overall clean room and was home for a few nights. Also had a fridge and great wifi! Also highly recommend food and drinks at No Ma Social at the lobby- where more pleasant staff was like the bartender Domique! Will write a separate review on that, but highly recommend! Checkout was also pleasant and easy. Also recommend this hotel, as it is comfortable!
My biggest complaint is how thin the walls are so its very noisy. We heard neighbors and traffic. Wifi is weak. The room is nice with a good sized frig, but the bathroom is very small.
Hotel smells like weed and cigarettes. Room locks don’t work. Employees do their best but avoid this place at all costs.
Booked an event in the main banquet room. Everything went smoothly and the space was lovely. The staff was attentive and courteous and everyone had an amazing time. Food was delicious as well. Big thanks to Kellyann and all involved.
Nice hotel with good size room and very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Restaurant/bar in hotel was also very nice. Plenty of parking.

Was there for my brother wedding. Very nice hotel and lounge
Great location. Fair price, and the restaurant had good food.
Hotel NoMa was the perfect place for my wedding block! Moudji and the team were incredibly helpful making sure our wedding weekend went seamlessly - from making sure our rooms were all close together, to helping us plan a farewell brunch for our families, everything was great. Hotel was clean, staff was helpful, and the location was just minutes away from our venue which made the transportation we arranged super easy, too!
First time staying at this hotel. It's very dated in decor once you get past the glitzy reception and club entrance. Yes there's a night club! The gym is disappointing and the space could be better utilised. No free weights, broken bench, no mats, broken Hi-Lo machine accessories and warm water. This was mentioned to the staff. Nothing changed during my stay. The staff are very nice and this no way a personal attack. The room was clean to a high standard. I just feel the hotel in general needs to be dragged into the modern century. Even tried charging me $5 for a morning coffee as I was leaving for work!
This hotel has an unexpected surprise in the bar area massive high tech screens that have a changing back grounds that transport you out of New Rochelle to places around the world. Apparently they put games in it too which would be amazing. On top of that the staff are very friendly both the bartender last night and this morning. I usually like going to different hotels when I return to a place but this one will be go to for nyc. The train is nearly by they don’t charge for parking. A wonderful experience!
