I really like this location, but they need to stop over working the baristas. There are so many comments from people about unhappy workers, but I’m here everyday and I can say on more than several occasions there’s been only one person pumping out all the early morning orders -between the Ursuline girls walking in, online orders, people sitting and working- this shop is never slow, especially during the school week…how can he have time to be happy? And during a warm afternoon day after school??? It’s like a school prom between all the different schools that converge- those workers deserve not only a raise, but more help.Parking: Plenty of parking in front, behind and paid on streetKid-friendliness: The workers here are used to big crowds of kids between the college, two high schools, middle school, and several elementary schools in close proximity.
I love the staff. I love their energy. It's always a pleasant experience. It's ALWAYS CLEAN. I always get the best service. PERIOD. They are great at their jobs and I highly recommend.

This is such a Lovely Location especially with the Outside Area but the staff at this location is So Rude and Unwelcoming it makes me not want to go there. Now I only visit when my regular store is closed, this location is open a hour longer. The whole staff including the Management needs to be tetrai
I’m here with my elderly mom who is 90 years old. It took 15m to take our order because he couldn’t understand what I was saying. We ordered 2 coffees. 4 pp behind the register and it took 20m with only one person who was already waiting before us. When my mom asked if our order was near ready the attitude was disgusting. No thank you no smile no kindness. Practically threw the coffee at her. Truly, I wouldn’t return of they offered to pay me for the coffee.

The person who took the order wasn’t friendly and the shop itself was not clean. They did have tables available at 1 pm on a Saturday.

Lousy service. Asked for black tea, received earl grey. When asked for a correction they argued that we didn’t specify “black tea NOT earl grey”. Why can’t people just be nice and rectify the situation. Avoid if you can.
