I love the staff. I love their energy. It's always a pleasant experience. It's ALWAYS CLEAN. I always get the best service. PERIOD. They are great at their jobs and I highly recommend.
The workers are great the management sucks here. Whoever staffs this place needs to have more people especially for the morning Ursaline School Rush. Those girls make the store crazy packed!

I really like this location, but they need to stop over working the baristas. There are so many comments from people about unhappy workers, but I’m here everyday and I can say on more than several occasions there’s been only one person pumping out all the early morning orders -between the Ursuline girls walking in, online orders, people sitting and working- this shop is never slow, especially during the school week…how can he have time to be happy?
