I really like this location, but they need to stop over working the baristas. There are so many comments from people about unhappy workers, but I’m here everyday and I can say on more than several occasions there’s been only one person pumping out all the early morning orders -between the Ursuline girls walking in, online orders, people sitting and working- this shop is never slow, especially during the school week…how can he have time to be happy? And during a warm afternoon...
I love the staff. I love their energy. It's always a pleasant experience. It's ALWAYS CLEAN. I always get the best service. PERIOD. They are great at their jobs and I highly recommend.
