It was my first time visiting and I was pleased! My server-Austin was exceptional! He was attentive, courteous and efficient. He took care of my table as well as another servers table as he passed by.
The dinner rolls with cinnamon butter were to die for. I ordered the steak and shrimp with mashed potatoes and vegetables and it was absolutely divine. My boyfriend ordered the catfish with with seasoned rice and chili, and it was amazing. Looking forward to returning and ordering more you will not be disappointed.

Loved this place. The space is clean, the atmosphere is warm and comfy. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The food is EXCELLENT. They have delicious Mock-tails in the menu! The drinks were very good as well. We left full and happy. The servers are all friendly and happy and NICE AND POLITE.

I recently went to this location, I have been there many times and it's been good and never a problem with the staff. But a couple of weeks ago I went there and had the misfortune of having Tatiana as my waitress. Right away she had an attitude and told me my drink choice was "very small" and tried to upsell, then when I got my order one of the sides was wrong, the sweet potato had marshmallow on it when I asked for just butter (not a big deal) but instead of getting me another one when I showed it to her she argued with me and said I was wrong even though I just ate marshmallow off of it. Then she kept coming back and tried to remove plates we were still eating from. For the most part this place has been good but she is a terrible and rude waitress!

Texas roadhouse never disappoints. Every employee was nice and welcoming. The wait time was 45+ minutes, but understandable since our party was of 10 and on a Sunday. Anthony is a gem! He is so attentive, patient, engaging. Made the experience so effortless! God bless him!

From the moment we walked in, Texas Roadhouse impressed us with its welcoming atmosphere. It was my Valentine’s date’s first time, and she absolutely loved it. We started with the freshly baked bread, which was soft and warm, paired with cinnamon butter that was to die for. For the main course, I had the steak, cooked to perfection, juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. The highlight of the evening, though, was the mango margarita — it was hands down the best I’ve ever had, refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness. The service was also amazing, and we left feeling completely satisfied. Highly recommend! Shout out to the whole staff, the cooks, ladies doing Reservations, Q, Chris excellent Customer service skills and the lovely manager who pasted by and ask of we had a wonder night, it's was unforgettable experience hats off a d salute to all at Texas RoadHouse New Rochelle!!!
