With A smile We will definitely returning and letting everyone know how great the staff is how affordable the meals are and the bathroom were clean and smelled great. Ok so um I have one question who the hell is cooking the bread because they NEED TO GET THAT MAN A RASE that is the BEST BREAD I HAVE EVER PUT INTO MY MOUTH IF YOU COULD BUY JUST THE BREAD IN BULK TEXAS ROHADHOUSE WOULD BE RICHER THAN APPLE also you might be asking well if the bread is so good than what if the meals are very mid NOPE THERE GOOD ALSO ? It doesn’t matter because once your food comes your already 10 rolls in ? but if this place closes I will be depressed ? one more thing THE ROLLS ARE FREE AND FOOD IS NOT THAT PRICEY this doesn’t make sense to me when I’m there (sense the food is great) a lot of people are there but your food comes very quick and like a lot of places like this it has SPORTS so I can see the jets Mets nets or the team I actually want to see Rangers :) now i have been talking too long and it’s time for you yes you viewer to try this place (staff are friendly too)

Great experience! Came here for the first time since being in the area for over 7 years and we were blown away by how amazing the food was. By far the best country fried chicken I've had from any chain. Wifey had the Burger and loved every bite and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The manager even greeted us and invited us back which we will definitely do and try more things on the menu!

Had a wonderful dinner experience here, but it was mainly due to Erick our waiter. He truly showed he cared and was so refreshing to receive exceptional customer service from him. Food was delicious and vibe was really nice and warm inside. Would recommend - ask for Erick the waiter in the New Rochelle location!

I am absolutely disgusted in the way the roadhouse operates. My family and I came to the roadhouse to eat for my mother’s birthday. My food along with my mother food was flavor less and was kinda cold so we sent it back, Andrea a manger I assume came to the table with a very nasty attitude. Her attitude was saying “I don’t wanna be here”, like it was a problem for her that we had problems with our food. I also know and respect that mistake happen and it’s not that big of a deal, what is a big deal is the customer service and the lack of respect for it, we are never disrespectful to any company or staff at any establishment. I do hope something comes from this because this is not the roadhouse way, nor what Kent Taylor wants
