Irish Eyes Pub is a hidden gem on the Hudson that serves exceptional food and drinks. Their burgers, like the shroom burger and cafe burger, are stacked high with perfectly paired toppings and cooked to perfection. The Guinness is also a perfect pint. The pub offers a variety of dishes, including Reuben Rolls, Reuben sandwich, fish and chips, lobster bisque, steamed clams, meatloaf, and Philly steak sandwiches, all with large portions and great flavor. The Corned Beef is to die for, and the mignon sliders with onion straws are also delicious, with steak cooked nicely and wonderful onion straws. The service remains excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The ambiance is comfortable and interesting, featuring beautiful woodwork and craftsmanship alongside live music performances. Prices are reasonable, making it a lovely and local spot to stop for a drink or a meal, whether for a quick bite or a family dinner.
