“Naiya at the Lynbrook location is incredibly friendly and kind. When my first choice drink wasn't available, she went out of her way to provide recommendations and substitutions. She even kicked in a bonus drink. The coffee, smoothies, and customer service are amazing!“

“Went there for the first time earlier this evening. Great customer service, evidenced by good rapport exhibited by staff, efficient service, they take time to explain ingredients, and offer relevant suggestions. There's a Drive-thru if you don't want to go inside the store. Clean, sanitized store lends to the feeling you're having food prepared under hygenic conditions. That's good. Pricing is competitive and 'seals the deal' that you're getting value for money.“

“I go to this location every single day. They are great people. And always have great customer service. Today I order my usual but they accidentally put bananas in it (and I hate bananas) so I went inside and they remade it for me. I asked them if I should throw out the other shake she said yes. My special self accidentally threw away the shake they just remade me, instead of the one with bananas in it. Luckily that was the only thing in that garbage, it was just changed. But the woman(worker) insisted on making me ANOTHER shake. I said I truly appreciate that but it’s unnecessary it’s a perfectly good shake I don’t wanna waste another. Moral of the story is, The customer service I receive there is impeccable. Highly recommend this location.“

“Just had the best bowl of my life at Rush! Was passing through Poughkeepsie at about 5 PM and needed a pick-me-up. Was going to hit SK but decided to give Rush a go and what a solid decision. The açaí blend in “the beach” was amazing! They make the peanut butter there. I recommend! Will be back to try some others for sure.“

“Omg the Green Glow Bowl was so delicious. I wish it had a bit more lettuce and a bit less grains. But it was so wildly delicious, I’m not sure I would change anything. I almost didn’t try this place bc of the lower ratings, and I’m so glad I did. It will be my go to when I’m in the area. I also got green juice, which was also delicious.“
