I tried Maria’s and Mix today for the first time and it was amazing! I ordered a simple and traditional Puerto Rican meal of rice, black beans and canoa (sweet plantain with ground beef). Maria's And Mix Kitchen is a very little restaurant with very flavorful food. The food is incredibly delicious, and the service is outstanding and excellent. The woman who took care of customers was very sweet. A friendly staff member greets customers, and the space is bright, clean, and welcoming. The restaurant is run with passion and heart, making it a welcoming and warm establishment. Meals include an arrow con pollo that was delightful, super moist, flavorful, and fresh. A grilled chicken sandwich had great quality garnish, moist and flavorful chicken, and perfectly toasted bread, with yucca fries fried without a greasy taste. A simple and traditional Puerto Rican meal of rice, black beans, and canoa (sweet plantain with ground beef) was delicious, with flavorful and fluffy rice, tasty beans, and a sauce that wasn't watered down. The canoa was cooked to perfection, with ripe and sweet plantain and well-seasoned beef. Catered food like Pernil and baked chicken was a hit. Everything is made with love and care. Parking is good.
