We live next door, and my daughter loves to walk here a few days a week to get a slice or a small pizza, along with freeze dried candy. The service is great and the staff is so sweet to her. We love that they are a family-run business, and they have one of the best upside down pizza's we've ever tried!
Kid-friendliness: This is the first business my daughter bought something from herself. They are always super polite, and it's been a great learning experience for her this summer. She feels more confident and independent and is no longer afraid to purchase items herself from stores (she's 11). Thanks!

Trios never disappoints. I grew up in NY Mills and when Trios moved in it was our go to place for slices and soda during a hot summer day at the park across the street. Hands down the best sauce and their wings are good too.

This joint was recommended to me by a co-worker, and I'm not disappointed. By far the best upside down pizza I've had in the Utica area. Only slight complaint with the thickness of the crust. Despite the recent questionable reviews, I can see myself coming back for more.I will update this review if anything changes in later visits.

Ordered a large sausage pizza. Unfortunately the pizza went into the trash after a few bites. Crust tasted stale, the sausage tasted very off, I honestly thought they must have left the paper on the sausage from the taste but their was no paper so it was indeed the taste of the pizza.

Not the same anymore. Trio's you will be missed. Wings barely had sauce, pizza crust stale. Sausage pizza was not what it used to be. Gave garlic pizza a try. Bland. Stale crust.

Seems to be very inconsistent, I bought pizzas there a month ago and it was very good but I just bought two there tonight and they were cold and very soupy and sloppy which never happened with the previous owner. I might try them one more time and see what happens.

Limited menu but I'll take quality over quantity anytime! Sauce tastes fresh and never greasy. ( we usually ask for a little extra) Out of my way, but worth the effort. Reasonable prices too. Highly recommend!!!
