We hosted our Utica-Rome Chapter dinner at Monarch Banquets and couldn’t have been happier. The food was outstanding, and Joe and Monica were incredibly accommodating—communicating clearly right up to the day before the event. They never gave me any trouble, even as I kept adding guests to the list! I’m sad to see them leave the business, but excited for whatever comes next in their journey. Thank you for helping make our evening so special!
Today we hosted a bridal shower at Monarch Banquets for my fiancé’s daughter and our expectations were exceeded in every area. Monica Hickel made the booking experience easy and made sure that every request was met to ensure a perfect day for the bride to be.
