This is the greatest place to come for ice cream and froyo. The best customer service ever the workers are very lovely and nice especially an employees named Mary And Vanessa. They spread love and very hard working. They are outstanding people and always go a mile and above for the customers. It’s always a pleasure being here.
Going to this 16 Handles location has become my favorite part of any good day. The staff here is fabulous and very attentive. Vanessa and Keshon always put a smile on my face and the location is always spotless. Highly recommended this location!
The customer service at this location in Murray Hill was fantastic. Domino was so nice, helpful and kind. I live in Brooklyn and wish we had a 16 Handles here! We don't have any frozen yogurt anywhere in Downtown Brooklyn or Brooklyn Heights... just saying :)
