This place always smells intensely of cleaning liquid and bleach. It feels weird for the froyo to be constantly exposed to such intense chemicals. I also worry about whether the food and food prep comes in contact with this cleaning liquid. They had kept the bottle of liquid (spray) right next to the napkins. I don't know why such a heavy dose of cleaning is required.

I’m celiac and lactose intolerant. I like that they have good options for me. The oatmilk-based yogurt is very good. I’ve been going there since they stopped using Oatly, which I boycott (BDS). Good choices for toppings too.

Was somewhat unclean when we visited in summer of 2024. Also pay per weight, but no way of knowing what it will cost until it's time to pay. So easy especially for kdis to create a $11 cup of frozen yogurt.

15 handles is a great place for ice cream as well as sorbet! I like this location since it's not too far away from the central park. Always found space to sit down . The flavor keeps changing . They have plenty of different toppings from nuts to fruits.
