Stopped in to grab 3 slices of pizza for my roommate right before the start of World Series game 2. Got it home and she found a long, black curly hair strewn across one of the slices. Yuch! (Neither of us has black hair--I'm blond w/very short hair and she has light brown hair). She was totally grossed out. She asked me if I would take it back and exchange it. So I put the game on my phone and walked back over to do the exchange.
Showed them the top slice with the black hair on it, and they refused to replace it! And both guys had black hair!
The guy who served me initially, when I bought the pizza, wasn't wearing a hat. When I went back he had an LA Lakers basketball hat on. He accused me of trying to return the $4.50 worth of pizza because the Yankees were behind 4-1 at this point in the game. That's laughable! Why would I waste my time, during the Yankees World Series game, to falsely accuse them of leaving a hair in the pizza.
The moral of the story is that it's not worth buying here, even at the low prices. We'll never go back, and we have lived here in the East Village, for 5-10 years.
Obviously we have already filed a complaint with the Health Department via 311.

My roommate picked up 3 slices which were stacked up in the box. The slice on top had the longest thickest curliest hair underneath the slice. He went back to return it and get new slices and they were defensive and rude. Didn’t give him new pizza. It’s a cheap place and its not the $5 we spent but the principle. The guy with the hair didn’t have his hair covered etc. I contacted the health department. What a shame I am writing this review. And they don’t have a phone number to get in touch with anyone. Never again.
Cheap and convenient

I'm an old 2 Bros customer when they were in Brooklyn. Funnily enough, the pizza here tastes much better and the way I know it and most importantly love it than at the 2 Bros shop at 557 Eighth Ave.
In any case, the good old 2 Bros spirit is still very much alive here and I'll come back here as soon as possible.

I’m not sure if they felt rushed or something, when we were the only people ordering at the time but the crust was soggy. No one in my family wanted to eat the pizza as you can’t even hold a pizza slice as it was flopping around. None of the topping were even crispy as i ordered half a pie with pepperoni and bacon and the other half cheese. Overall never coming here.

Long-standing budget option serving NYC for decades. Even with the price hike you’d be hard pressed to get a better plain slice. Good dough, flavorful sauce, fresh mozzarella.

Don’t believe the positive reviews. Rudest people I’ve ever interacted with. And my slice had a fly under the cheese. Terrible service
