Today is 3/21/2024. The lady who works there literally ignored all the customers in the restaurant and only takes care of the online order. I told her all the online order came in way after me and the other customers. She didn't care. Another couple and I standed at the register and she kept on ignoring us.This is disgusting. If she hates her job, she should just quit. I like the food, but was absolutely upset being treated extremely disrespectfully..As she didn't care at all, i will escalate it to 311. Probably the owner could pay a bit more attention to staff quality.

Ignores customers, flies everywhere and focuses on takeaway which they make while picking their noses.

I loved all the food we got here! The pan fried dumplings were deliciousness and I was so happy we made the decision to stop in!

Great food but overpriced- neighborhood has multiple corporations with everyday in-person employees and there is no lunch special despite other locations having one. Also this location never has the salt and pepper shrimp.

I had been here a couple of years ago and it had been super tasty. I think the management might have changed. The menu is less interesting but longer. Food is now pretty ordinary. Not tons of flavor but at least the vegetables were crunchy. No heating and freezing cold inside restaurant. Everyone stayed with jackets all zipped up. I won’t go again.

I wanted something filling and warm. I looked online and this location was close to work and I saw that it had great reviews. I reviewed the site online and the menu and ordered the small wonton soup and fried noodles with seafood. I easily paid online through the YELP app for pickup. The pickup time was quite quick and I immediately went over to pick it up. The location faces Water Street but there is work being done to the surrounding area so you have to really be observant of your surroundings to locate the restaurant. The restaurant is a bit small but adequate for dine in. The service is okay, no one really greeted me or ask me if I needed assistance. I had say excuse me twice to get their attention but my order was ready and I took it and left. The food was great the servings were large and the soup was nice mix of broth, seaweed, and wonton. It was warm and filling. It was also not salty. Which was so nice. So many times when I get wonton soup it's salty. The fried noodles were great but it only had shrimp and the description said seafood. I was expecting some additional types of seafood. All in all it was a really good meal

My pork soup dumplings were very good as well as the shrimp dumplings which surprised me as the dumpling itself was clear. the pieces are quite oversized so get ready to fill up on one or two orders. The restaurant was ice cold, it was almost unbearable sitting in here. Im not sure if I came too early and the place didn't heat up yet but they should be warming up the facility an hour prior to open if they're hosting humans!

Great dumplings and noodles and fabulous service and advice, the staff member on duty was from Shanghai and he gave us some recommendations. Very friendly service and tasty food.

Delicious stir fried rice cakes!!! So chewy and savory. The green beans were amazing too -- I ate the whole thing!

Terrible service - waited 40 minutes and the wrong item arrived and only half the food. Restaurant would not refund and the manager was rude. Most in the restaurant and many ordering had a similar problem. Avoid this one - there are other places in FiDi/lower Manhattan that are far better options

Best Chinese dumplings in the Financial Districts ! Loved the Wontons in chili oil and the beef rice cakes ?? we’re definitely coming back here before the end of our trip ?

Small place with only two staff members: chef and waitress. Simple but clean. Food came out quickly. Soup dumplings were excellent. Good amount of soup and flavor. The chicken wings were okay, not saucy or very flavorful - would not get again. Scallion pancakes were good. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Would come back for the soup dumplings.
