A hobo opened the door for me when I was walking in the store, the store staff is friendly, they have a good amount of items in the store, it isn't that big though. Localization close to hotels which adds a plus but it was farther than CVS Pharmacy and didn't have a security guard.
This looked like a standard urban 7-Eleven to me - a convenience store with just enough bells and whistles (beer, snacks, some convenience items like toiletries) for urban needs. For the traffic it gets, it's a bright, airy, clean venue, and the key things you notice when you walk in are all the coolers full of drinks along the walls, plenty of well-stocked grab-and-go displays full of fried bites, sandwiches, and other hot items, plus obligatory slurpee machines.
