Id like to remind the dude that owns the place that his restaurant is on a residential block and to CHILL OUT with the noise. The owner and employees here have ZERO respect for their neighbors. You guys are unreal. Bars have more respect for the people that live nearby. The non stop screaming and party at night time here is outrageous. I live half way down the block and your employees are constantly getting high on my stoop blocking my path into my home. Then once I’m in my home I’m suffocated by noise and smoke until 2 or 3 in the morning most nights of the week. The owner needs to deal with the customers. Tell them to go the park or keep it down. Take that megaphone and throw it in the trash. We don’t need more noise coming from you. I can’t believe how you continue to get away with the level of distribution you’ve caused to this block. The line of double parked cars blasting music eating your food. Deal with it dude. Would love it if you moved down to fifth street. Maybe then the police would finally ticket you. Horrible. No respect when you’ve ruined my sleep for the last 3 years.

True story: Two years ago my GF and I broke up right outside 7th Street Burger. It wasn’t a pleasant break up. In fact, I didn’t even make it to the counter. I just got yelled at on the sidewalk and went home hungry.

Fast forward a few months later, I finally came back and told the guy behind the counter the story. He handed me a coupon for a free meal. I was like, hell yeah, THAT is customer service.

Burgers a bit greasy but I’d clog my arteries just for the service.

Pro tip, have your break ups outside of 7th Street Burger

Nothing to say, just try it. Probably one of the best street-burger (smashed style) in the world.

My buddy Oscar Camacho, who's basically an unofficial ambassador for all things good in NYC, told me I had to check out 7th Street Burger. He wasn't wrong. The place keeps it super simple, which I love. The menu is right there in the first photo, short and sweet: a cheeseburger, Impossible Burger, fries, and drinks. No fuss, just the classics done right.

I went with his go-to: a double cheeseburger and a side of fries. As the second picture shows, the order came out looking just perfect—a classic burger on that signature checkered paper with a pile of golden fries and a Mexican Coke. I couldn't wait to dig in.
And man, it lived up to the hype. The third photo really shows you what's up: a perfect smash patty with a killer crispy edge, melty cheese, and grilled onions all on a soft potato bun. It was one of those burgers that's messy and delicious, exactly how a good one should be. The fries were hot and crispy. The perfect compliment to an awesome burger.

I can see why Oscar loves this spot. If you're looking for a simple, no-nonsense super delicious burger experience that just hits the spot, take it from me (and Oscar)—7th Street Burger is the place to be.

The grilled steak sauce and caramelized onions were absolutely amazing! With cheese on top, the burger truly took the meal to the next level. I’m excited to come back soon! 😆😍
