Flavorful and satisfying! We started with the Callos, which combined a slightly sweet delectable sauce with astoundingly tender chopped tripe (I would liken it to a savory marshmallow, almost). The chorizo and garbanzo played their part serviceably. We followed it with the Uni Palabok. The uni and caviar were very tasty, and it was nice to try quality ingredients. However, the relative intensity of the sauce somewhat drowned out the more delicate flavors of the uni and caviar.(From my wife who grew up eating Palabok, it is *extremely* elevated)Our last entree was the Lengua de Champinon, and it was phenomenal! The tongue was expertly cooked and wonderfully tender, and the creamy mushroom sauce was a great pairing for it.For dessert, they don't have it listed on the menu yet, but they had some Tres Leches cake available. The cake was perfectly saturated with milk sauce while maintaining it's form, and instead of the standard whipped cream, it had meringue on top which was quite interesting! It was a bit pricey, but the menu is online so that's no surprise.

This lovely cool new spot on the happening LES of New York boasts a great vibe, great food and wonderful service. We had the crab and salted egg tapas along with the shrimp and chorizo. For Entrada we had the short ribs and the chicken thighs. Besides being a great spot, the ambiance is warm and cozy and the music is great. A wonderful spot for lovely night out with friends. Thanks to chef Aris and his lovely partner Amanda for a memorable night. We will be back. 5 stars all the way around.

Fantastic Spanish/Filipino tapas experience! The variety of dishes was impressive, each bursting with rich flavor. From the classic pork sisig to unique seafood options, dishes that caught my attention was the Oyster Sisig, tender crispy pata, steak fried rice and the uni palabok, every bite was mouthwatering. Beside the delicious food, what truly made me go back here was the cozy ambiance and attentive service. As soon I stepped inside, i was greeted by warm lighting and a charming interior that made me feel relax and comfortable. The staff always took great care of us, thank you... From the diverse selection of flavorful tapas to the inviting atmosphere and great service, this place has it all. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

It's about 3.8. This place's fairly new that I was able to walk in without a reservation. Food was like a fusion Filipino tapas, which was interesting. The sauce in the mussel was to die for! It was super flavorful that I wish there's more bread to soak up all the sauce. The oyster sisig was much better than expected. However, the steak and bone marrow didn't taste as good as it looked. Steak was overcooked and chewy in texture and fried rice was a bit heavy in soy sauce.

5 stars Ambiance: upscale, chic. Some of the tables are closely spaced together, but outside of that love the decor and environment. Service: outstanding. Glasses were always full, servers were very attentive, and food was brought out quickly. Food: elevated Filipino + Spanish Humba buns: delicious. Classic Bone marrow steak fried rice: the best dish we had. The rice was spectacular and the bone marrow took it over the top. It was a perfect balance of fat, salt, and savory. I could not stop eating it and wish i could have ordered more! Crispy pata: delicious. Skin was crunchy, meat was tender. Great sauce Shortrib: fell off the bone. Pineapple chimichurri went really well with this and the pata. Overall, we loved everything we ate. The flavor combinations and profiles were unique. The menu was extensive and I wish we could have tried more. Having said that, I will be back and highly recommend. Loved this restaurant.

This was the restaurant of choice for one of the bday boys. I showed up a little early with two of the guys, so we started off with drinks at the bar. The bartender was sweet and attentive. We asked for drink recommendations and she made the yuzu cocktail. It was light and refreshing which is what I was in the mood for. (I believe they only have a beer and wine license.) Dinner was in kind of private area off in the corner. It was nice to have a little space of our own. The food was delish! I love sea urchin, so the uni palabok was up my alley. And the bone marrow steak friend rice? Rich, flavorful, and savory! We should have only ordered one of each main as we had a lot of leftovers for all those dishes. I think the server recommended two of each, but we should have just done one and ordered more if needed. Just a tip if you are in a big party and just want to try a bunch of things. Fun spot to have a birthday dinner!
