Wow! The best Italian food outside of Italy! Their house red sauce is the best sauce I've ever had, and on top of the lasagne, it really felt like I was back in Italy.
The desserts are also amazing! We had the lemon tiramisu, which was so fresh and flavourful, and the house chocolate cake (I can't remember the official name), but it was the best chocolate dessert I've had in a long time!

Sweet Dreams Cafe is a gem! We had tea and a delicious cookie while talking with the very welcoming hotel manager Dovid. We learned a lot about the hotel and also the history of the Lower East Side. We would love to come back and stay at the beautifully restored hotel.
