I wish I had time to take a pick of my food but I devoured it on my bus ride home~! The dry beef noodles are nothing short of perfect. The noodles were cooked perfectly. Even with the sauce, they were never soggy. The spicy sauce is the right amount of heat that also lends flavor from the peppers and spices. The fried egg was fried to perfection and the runny yolk added some lovely creaminess to the noodles. The beef was so tender and flavorful. The thinner slices would get picked...
Loved the vibe here! Very busy on a Friday night but luckily there was no wait for a party of 3. Service was friendly but very slow.
3.7/5 Whiskey Winter Melon - very whiskey forward, wish the Oolong tea flavor came out a bit more.
4/5 Popcorn Chicken -- crisp, well seasoned, loved the dipping sauce! Wish the pieces were a bit smaller for a more ideal coating ratio.

but the real reason for posting is to request the special fish tacos with cilantro mayo and a spicy Szechuan pepper back!!! I’d pay $6 for those pls pls pls pls pls pls pls I was heavily anticipating this entire week to eat a meal of 3 tacos but yall didn’t have them anymore :(
Side note: I’m noticing people here are complaining about the spice—I personally absolutely love...
